STRUCTURE
The structure of Villa San Giò has a large park-garden, swimming pool, room Gioia, the Gazebo and terrace above the swimming pool for summer meetings of larger groups. The hall Gioia, bearing an ancient fireplace, is a large room used as a reading room and TV room, where you can set up dinners and lunches group, usable by all visitors. Is equipped with TV and DVD player, reading corner, services and a mini laundry and ironing service available to guests.
The covered roof terrace
It is a sort of lookout terrace, covered by a chestnut wood roof lying on pillars, from which the view of the landscape can spread overt a 360 angle.
The chapel
The old chapel restored in accordance with the original design dating back to about 1550 now used eer ceremonies, anniversaries and celebrations.
The gazebo
Placed around the huge Holm-oak at the center of the garden, surrounded by yew-trees, laurels, magnolias, and a calycanthus, it may give shelter to some 160 persons sitting comfortably around very inviting tables.
The park garden
The park-garden of Villa St. Giò, populated from ancient oaks and from other ancient trees and a magnificent pluri-secular huge Holm-oak, preserve intact the characteristics of the ancient sketch.
Pool and spa
It is ample, comfortable, easily attainable from all the apartments and nevertheless reserved and leans out on a magnificent panorama that physically regenerates and internally!
The terrace
The terrace overhangs the swimming pool and opens on a marvelous scenery.
